Synopsys hiring “R&D Engineer” for B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech Graduates, Bangalore – February 2015

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

1. Candidate should possess Bachelors/Masters from a reputed university/institution.
2. 1+ years of memory circuit design experience
3. SRAM bitcell knowledge is must
4. Characterization Tools like HSpice, HSIM
5. Good understanding of layouts
6. CMOS, Logic gates, Flops knowledge is must
