        1. Excellent  command over English.
        2. Searching & Screening the candidates suitable for the clients Requirement.
        3. Ability to Understand the Client Hierarchy and Translate the same with the job seekers.
        4. Ability to Map the passive job seekers through public community websites.
        5. Job Posting on the JOB PORTALS.
        6. Flair for Recruitment .
        7. Out-of-the Box thinking to excite the Candidates withClients Requirement .
        8. Good Knowledge in understanding the Niche requirement./> ** Communicating with the candidates & educating the candidates about the client requirement .
        9. Capable of Negotiating and Persuading the candidates to join the client on time .
        10. Ability to Interact with the Clients .
